SHIPPING POLICY

Elite 4 Collectables attempts to ship orders every Monday/Wednesday/Friday

- This is subject to WA and National Public Holidays so please keep in mind when something is urgent.

- Please note if your order contains a pre order, It may not be shipped out until all products are ready.

PROCESSING

- We will process and package your order within 48 hours of the order being places.

SHIPPING

- Elite 4 Collectables uses Australia Post or reputable courier companies for all shipments

- Orders will be shipped within the same ordering week as long as orders are made before end of business Wednesday.

- Express orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of order.

- Untracked shipping is purchased at the buyers risk of loss through an error by Australia Post. Elite 4 collectables takes no responsibility for this loss once the item has been delivered to an Australia Post Box.

- Untracked/Tracked is shipped using Australia Post  and generally takes between 3 - 9 working days for most parts of Australia.

- Express is shipped using Australia Post  and generally takes between 1 - 4 working days for most parts of Australia.

PACKAGING

- All singles are at minimum shipped in card savers/top loader/cardboard.

- High value cards will be protected with multiple of the above to protect as best we can.

PRE-ORDER

- Pre Order items will be shipped in the week following release.

- This is subject to change depending on delays on the product arriving to us.

- If Pre order items are delayed to us over 28 days we will offer full refunds to people affected.
